Conditions: 60ish, perfect for running

The Thang: 20 minutes down St. Andrews road, 20 minutes back.  Lots of talk on the way out, not as much on the way back.

Good Work by JayD who keeps beating his PR every time he comes out.  Keep up the good work.

Pray for LooseScrew who delivered the Swagger Flag and then headed back home.  His IT band has been bothering him and he needs  to rest it before November 8th Governors Cup Half Marathon.
