Conditions: Mid 50s, light humidity, not raining, but the ground was wet.
10 Burpees (OYO)
15 SSH (IC)
15 Overhead Arm Claps (IC)
15 Little Arm Circles (IC)
15 TTT (IC)
15 Merkins (IC)
Mosey to the football field. Grab a partner (size did not matter for these exercises, no carrying, etc) and line up in pairs along the home side sideline, facing the opposite side line.
Relays: With your partner, complete the following exercises as a duo. One partner runs to the opposite side line and back, while the other performs the called exercise. Once the running partner returns, the two switch off with the running partner picking up on the exercise where the exercising partner left off. The number of reps is kept sensible to encourage good form/solid reps:
-Big Boys (150);
-SSHs (200); and
-Burpees (called by Spano) (50). Recover.
Mosey to the steps, do 2 flights of steps (up and back x 2). Recover.
Mosey back to the shovel flag.
15 Plankjacks (Not typically Mary, but I felt like doing them anyway) (IC);
15 LBCs (IC); and
15 Hello Dollys (IC). Recover.
