8 PAX posted this morning for YHC’s first Q at F3 GOAT. Needed to get a lay of the land and the PAX obliged by following me around campus for a while. Good work men, looking forward to more mornings in the gloom.

- Mosey around the circle, then we saw a car and thought maybe it was arrival but wasn’t the case, so we made it back to virtual flag type area and introduced this group to a fan favorite, the Motivators x8.
- Mosey toward a random spot in the student parking lot for COP- Through the tunnel x 10, Arm circle circuit x 10, Imperial Walkers x 10.
- Mosey toward the side of the Cate center to a random spot and do 5 burpees.
- Mosey toward front of Cate Center and do 5 burpees and 10 merkins
- Mosey toward front of Spring Hill and do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, and 15 slo-mo squats
- Mosey to the spot between Spring Hill and Chapin Middle near that sidewalk and do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 slo-mo squats, and 20 lunges
- Mosey to front of Chapin Middle and do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 slo-mo squats
- Mosey to a random spot in between the two schools for 5 burpees and 10 merkins
- Mosey over by the dumpers at Spring Hill for 5 burpees and then back to the virtual shovel flag type area
- PAX then grabbed a parking spot for some quick feet/ curb exercises
- Bunny hops
- Scissors
- Step-Ups
- Side-to-side
- 5 min of mary and called it a day
