3 pax posted at the Roost for the final IPC workout in what has seemed to be the longest month this year. Now on to October in hopes of cooler temps.

Warm up lap around the track and then on to the main event.
So only 2 of the 3 pax attempted this today (both completed). YHC is recovering from an injury and ran 4.25 miles instead. Congrats to those that finished all 4 weeks and thanks to F3 Greenwood for the time and effort put in to this. The pax might of moaned and groaned but everyone got better for it.
