Crab Crawl 1st to 2nd
25x Merkins at 2nd
Inch Worm 2nd to 3rd

Attempt Alligator Drag 3rd to Home – audible to lunges
25x Burpees at Home
Repeat for 20, repeat for a partial round of 15
Move to Grinder, line up 6 blocks at each light pole, divide Pax in half.
Duck Walk one end to the other, 25x OH press
Frog Hop back, 25x curls
Lunge back, 25x triceps
High Knees back, 25x Narwhals
Repeat 3 or so times until out of time.
Recover blocks, mosey to flag.
