Once all pax completed the PT test, we lined up on the goal line and bear crawled to the 10 yard line and preformed 20 of what ever exercise the Pax chose. We did that every ten yards. Each pax took turns selecting an exercise. Once completed all pax bear crawled 10 more yards, all the way to the other endzone.
