Burpee fartlek. 5 Burpees each intersection from Cardiff to Winston.
FOUR STATIONS – TOP AND BOTTOM OF CUL-DE-SAC, FROM WEMBLY BACK TO CARDIFF
20 Reps, 15 Reps, 10 Reps, 5 Reps. Sets three and four had 5 bonus burpees thrown in.

Circle Merkin – 1 minute on boxing timer. Everyone hates this one for some reason.
