1st set – 15 overheads, 10 tricep extensions, 5-10 pullups
2nd set – 15 thrusters, 5-10 dips
Cusack around track and back to block pile.
If someone in group has to put it down, entire group does 5 merkins. 15 merkins total…not too shabby.
