10 Pax came out to help YHC celebrate turning 40.

Conditions:  unusually cool 53 degrees

COP:

SSH x 20

TTT x 15

Windmill X 15

Little Arm Circles x 15 backwards and forward

The Thang:

Mosey to the front of Spring Hill HS

3 sets 40 reps of each exercise then run the little traffic loop after each set

Exercises are as follows:

Merkins

Flutter Kicks (both legs = one rep)

Squats

Plank on the 6

Indian Run to Middle School (not that popular but hey big AO)

3 sets of 40 reps of each exercise then run to Palmetto Trees by flag pole and back peddle back

Exercises are as follows:

Dips

LBCs

Step Ups (each leg is one rep)

Plank on the 6

Mosey to block pile (Pax given option to grab bricks but all choose blocks.  Not sure they choose wisely)

No more running but 3 exercises at 40 single count reps

Great work today and as one of my fellow Pax asked how 40 feels I commented that I feel better now at 40 than I did at 30 and F3 has a lot to do with that.  I envy the youngins that have gotten F3 in their 20’s as it will lay the ground work for healthy bodies and healthy minds.
