Great work today and as one of my fellow Pax asked how 40 feels I commented that I feel better now at 40 than I did at 30 and F3 has a lot to do with that. I envy the youngins that have gotten F3 in their 20’s as it will lay the ground work for healthy bodies and healthy minds.
Announcements:
Go support the Safe 24/7 Lexington event. Take a time and run/ruck/walk just be visible. As we all know this hits F3 and FiA close to home in Lexington and Lake Murray.
