It was meant to be a celebration with several pax but with only 3 pax present it was yet another intimate setting for a good beat down. Not sure why it’s so hard for some of the Roost pax to commit to posting….you guys are ones missing out. Here’s what went down this morning:

Tha Thang:
Head over to brick pile for each pax to grab 2 bricks. Return to track and set bricks to side.

TTT (IC) x 10
LAC (IC) x 10 fwd x 10 back
Time for some BINGO. The following BINGO white board was used. Numbers were determined by the roll of the dice (rolling a 2 and 3 would be I 23).
B- Burpees
I- Iron Mikes (jump lunges)
N- Nipple Touches w/ bricks (had to be creative here, similar to shoulder taps but touching nipples instead)
G- Goblet Squats w/ bricks
O- Overhead Press w/bricks
If a six was rolled we would run half a lap (to light post at turn and back). If 2 sixes were rolled a full lap was run. Since 33 was free spot, if it was rolled half lap was run.
After 22 rolls (14 board marks and 8 runs) we finally had BINGO. Return bricks and go back to track for LBC relay.
Pax 1 starts doing LBCs at flag while pax 2 and 3 take off running around track. At midway point pax 2 drops to start doing LBCs and pax 3 continues back to start. Once back at start pax 3 starts LBCs and pax 1 takes off around track to get pax 2. Once there pax 1 and 2 run back to start.

Solid work by all this morning. YHC thought we would be able to have 2 rounds of BINGO but the running portion took a little longer. The 2 burpee rolls were rolled back to back as well as 2 full lap runs.
