Conditions: low muggy 70’s – perfect post Freedom Day
The Thang: With Freedom Day Celebrations, family visits, & vacations the Q sheet was blank & the thought was to DIY with the pax that showed. YHC arrived with only a couple minutes before kickoff to an empty parking lot and was considering flipping a coin to take it back to the ranch or work out the soreness from the Ryan Rawl Challenge…. Then Bud’s headlights appear across the tennis courts. Game on.
With no plan it was decided to mosey to the lower side of the stadium for warm up and to be close to the bleachers just in case. Turns out a famous signer showed up, so it was to the field for warm-up and a plan…

11th lap Burpees x 5
Somewhere around lap 5 the rubber pellets really started sticking as the humidity rose! Good time was had. Thx Bud!
