Nine of the Woodshed PAX brought exercises to the workout for a White Elephant exercise. After the warm up (jog to front of school; side straddle hop (20); large arm circles (forward 10); baby arm circles (10 back); clockwork merkins on curb (5 each point)) pick up bricks and blocks and amble to the back of the school.
The White Elephant: A member of the PAX calls out an exercise. The next PAX either accepts the exercise gift to the the group, or 10 burpies. (Only one exercise, called out by Silver Bullet himself, was rejected.)
The exercises called out were: Jump Squats; Balls to the Wall; High Knees with down-ups; Shoulder Presses w/ Blocks; Bench Presses w/ Blocks; Curls w/ Blocks; pull ups (7); chin ups (10); mosey to light post at COT and back; arm raise squats (20); boat canoes; Russian twists (28-ish); Triceps extensions w/ blocks; sit ups w/ blocks; sprints between school and playground (2x); morning wood (5 each side); people’s chair w/ arm exercises; 10 burpies; Low Country Crabs (10 each leg); flutter kicks; shoulder presses w/ blocks; Curls for elves (20); Sit ups (10); Dips (20); Rows w/ hand on block; 10 burpies*
*rejected exercise: partner exercise, one partner holds air chair while the second partner does 20 swing set crunches.
Return blocks and bricks and amble back to COT.
