Conditions: 38 and clear
9 wanderers followed YHC around town for around 4.5 miles this morning. The plan was to go a different direction than we are used to and pickup a couple of lonely segments. Alas, my internal GPS failed (ie YHC was talking instead of paying attention (first time for everything)) and we missed our turn on Garden Springs, and thus did a little unplanned out-n-back option. Well, all except Pipeline who NAILED IT! Of course, he was born and raised in the neighborhood, so he doesn’t count. And he didn’t study and ran the segment backwards. So HA! Anyway, despite the lack of lights, maintained sidewalk, and obedience to speed limits in the dark narrow tunnel, we all survived and made it back to the AO fully intact. Remind me not to choose that route again.

Devotional:
The importance of honesty. Are you doing any of the following? Do high impact, Christ-image men do these?
-Saying you’re fine when you aren’t
-Allowing others to believe the wrong things to your benefit
-Looking at porn behind your wife’s back
-Pretending you are working when you are on Twitter
-Looking at other women behind sunglasses
-Acting like you know what you’re doing when you don’t.
-Telling white lies for convenience
-Hiding things
-Pretending you aren’t on your cell phone all the time
-Not doing what you say and saying what you mean
Come on men! God expects more from us.
