10 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning in search of a way to #GetBetter. Lingering near the Kings Grant Clubhouse was YHC, who was fresh off of experiencing Week Zero of the F3 Iron Pax Challenge while at Thunder on Tuesday. When YHC got the word from the AOQ that #TheCastle PAX would take up Week Zero of the F3 Iron Pax Challenge, otherwise known as Loredo, it was clear that a big serving of the #DRP was in store. Once the clock struck 5:30 sharp, the PAX got better on the streets of Kings Grant as they each were ready, willing and able to #PushTheRock.

- The Loredo was just horrible. All PAX completed six rounds under 27 minutes. Based on conversations several hours following the Loredo, many PAX struggling with walking. YHC cannot speak for the other PAX, but YHC found himself lying face down on the floor at one point in the evening.
- Special K, Hugo and Kamikaze continue to add to the legend of the #RespectPosse.
- Sadly, no burpees during this Q. May be a first for YHC.
- Freebird said it best this morning, as we all were catching our breath after the Loredo: “There is no way I would be doing this by myself.” Isn’t that what F3 Nation is really all about? #ISI
