Here’s the deal for GritIron at the Woodshed this morning:
5:30 start, weather cool and misting rain
stretching – SSH, Squats, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Arm Circles & Merkins
2 rounds of 8 kettle bell exercises (Russian Swings, High Pulls, Lunge Press, Goblet Squats, Plank Rows, Deadlifts, Russian Twists and wall sits with curls (rd 1) and figure 8s (rd 2)
Each bell exercise alternated with a running piece – sprints, high knees, sprint, karaokes, sprint, backwards running & sprint
misjudged the time on my first Q and the group helped fill in the last five minutes with big boy sit ups, figure 8s, and waiter presses
