Mosey to KG Drive for the Kamikaze 20 x 20 x 20 – Merkins, LBC’s and Squats – running the Guard Shack Loop with 5 stops – 100 reps each and close to 1/2 mile. – PAX warmed up for the moat. Pick up CB’s and head to the Castle Moat.
Cusack CB – 25 M in pool, followed by jump squats in pool – 2 min., Cusack CB 25 M – partner up – with 1 in the pool, 50 M swim – partner AMRAP’s CB curls, switch – followed by 50 M swim – partner AMRAP Slow squats with CB, switch Dead Lift CB from pool edge, 50 M swim. On pool edge – Pool Merkins, followed by Diamond Pool Merkins – 2 min. total. 50M pool running – 25 M Cusack CB in pool, K-Press ™ Kamikaze 6 count dead lift, press, tricep extension, reverse x 15. 25 M Cusack and done. Time to return the CB’s.
