4 Pax descended upon the #IronYard to swing their kettle balls and start their weekends off right.

The Thang: Warm up with KB revolutions (all x 10 both ways): Halos, Sling Shots, Around the World, Figure 8’s, HunchBacks

In honor of Inauguration Day, YHC had planned some trump-related exercises for the pax’ enjoyment. Each trump-related exercise was performed OYO for the reps shown. After completing the set of reps, we dropped the KB’s, sprinted to the far wall and did 20 BB Situps and sprinted back to perform the 2nd set, followed by sprints and BBSU’s and R&R for the 3rd set.
1. Sit on the Border Wall with KB for 60 seconds for set 1. Sit on the Border Wall while doing KB Curls for 60 seconds for set 2. Sit on the Border Wall while alternately holding the KB straight out for 10 secs, then straight over head for 10 secs for 1 minute. No illegal border crossings occurred during this exercise.
2. 3 sets of Oath of Office Reverse Curls x 15 (each arm) while holding your other hand up as if taking an oath. There was some swearing during this exercise.
3. 3 sets of KB Tax Return Release Merkins x 10 (each arm). Combo of 2 #CrowdPleasers: Bell Merkins and Hand Release Merkins. One hand on bell, hand release with the other hand. Pax asked if they could stop for an audit.
4. 3 sets of Grabbing Genitalia KB Swings x 20. This exercise was really just regular 2 handed KB swings; no one grabbed any one else’s kettle balls.
We finished with 1 set of single side count Russian Cyber Hack Twists with KB’s OYO x 30.
We ran out of time for Inauguration Ball Side Swings, Flip Flop Flutter Kicks and Monkey Trumpers.
Moleskin: YHC had fun playing off the Trump Inauguration theme and the pax were mildly amused.
