Run out of parking lot to Clemson/Winthrop Triangle

1st Triangle Circuit x 3:

Merkin x 25 at 1st corner, sprint, Toe Touch crunches x 25 2nd corner, sprint, Squat x 25 3rd corner

Mosey to Clemson/Forest

LBAC F x 25; LBAC B x 25; Overhead Press x 25; CDD x 15 all in cadence

Indian Run (+5 merkins at rear) down Idalia to Idalia park

2nd Triangle Circuit x 3:

CDD x 25 at 1st corner, sprint, BBSU x 25 2nd corner, sprint, Lunges x 25 3rd corner

Realized we were short on time

Quick mosey down Idalia to converse, up to Clemson, and back to COT, finished.
