10 Pax posted with an under-the-weather YHC for a track workout at Owens Field to #GetBetter and #GetFaster.  It was dark and cold, but we warmed up fast.

The Thang: 2 lap mosey to warm up followed by IW’s x 20, Alt. Lunges x 20 and Squat Jumps x 10 OYO.  Proceed to interval sprints:

Mosey first 100, then sprint 100, then recover for balance of lap.

Sprint 200, recover for 200.

Sprint 300, recover 100.

Sprint 400, recover 400.

Ladder Time: Mosey 100, Sprint 100, recover 200.
