#THUNDER sprints!

Conditions: Miserable Mist, Humid, 73, and not a hint of a breeze. Just we like the GLOOM!

6 Strong PAX post for a speed work out around #THUNDER. Mosey for warm up down Woodrow and take a right on Duncan. Continue and take a right on King. Right on Wheat. Pause for directions.

The lap of Woodrow, Duncan, King, Wheat will be your track. .51 miles total.

1st Lap:
Sprint Woodrow
Recover Duncan
Sprint King
Recover Wheat

2nd Lap:
Sprint Woodrow and Duncan
Recover King and Wheat

3rd Lap:
Sprint Woodrow, Duncan and King
Recover Wheat

4th Lap:
Sprint Woodrow, Duncan, King, an Wheat.

3 minute recovery

5th and 6th Lap (1 mile sprint):
Sprint the loop twice (CROWD PLEASER)

Recovery Lap and back to SPC.
