  • Imp. Walkers x 25 IC
  • LBC x 25 OYO
  • Run to the brick cage and grab one block and two bricks
  • Carry to the back of the school.
  • Line Up

Round One

  • 15 block ‘Mericans OYO
  • 25 block goblet squats
  • 25 block chest press
  • 25 BB Sit Ups w/ feet in the block
  • Grab bricks, lunge walk to the playground
  • 25 dips
  • 25 LBCs w/ bricks
  • 25 Russian Twists w/ bricks
  • 15 man makers w/ bricks
  • Leave bricks, lunge walk back to the blocks
  •  Plank wait for the 6

Round two

  • 15 block ‘Mericans OYO

  • sprint to the playground
  • 25 dips
