Mosey to the brickpile for blocks and bricks
Partner 1 – lap around teacher parking lot while Partner 2 performs exercises (AMRAP). When Partner 1 returns, he performs exercise while Partner 2 runs. We did the following exercises:
Round 1: Clean and jerk with the blocks
Round 2: Hand release merkins
Round 3: Prisoner
Round 4: Big Boy sit ups
Round 5: Curls with blocks
Round 6: 6 inches
Round 7: Alternating Lunge with bricks
Round 8: Overhead press with bricks
Round 9: Low plank
Round 10: Burpees
By all estimates, we ran approx. 2 miles and touched most of the big muscle groups this morning. Great work by all. BTW, Cesspool beat his running group while carry a block while everyone else had bricks! Beastmode!!!
