Some brief arm circles at the top of the Blatt Field steps as Wi-Fi ran up to join us. Then, mosey across the field to the pull-up bars. Squats, SSH hops and about 15 pulls-ups broken up into sets of five.
Then mosey up Sumter all the way to Heyward, then up Heyward to circle up in front of the Athletic Village.
Partner exercise: One partner runs up to the stop sign at Whaley and S. Marion, does 10 merkins, and runs up. Partners alternate while completing 80 burpees, 200 plank jacks, and 300 squats.
Then: mosey to the corner of S. Bull and Whaley. Two partners complete 80 burpees while one partner runs up to Whaley and Pickens and does 5 merkins. Then, both partners suicide up S. Bull to Whaley and back to the corner, 20 partner fist-bump merkins.
Mosey down Heyward and up S. Marion all the way to the entrance of the Blatt on Wheat Street. Then another 20 partner fist bump merkins, followed by AMRAP squats.
