Another special day at The Mission as we welcomed PAX from Brickpile & SCORE. Really enjoyed spending time w/ these fellas and trust they appreciated the lives F3 is changing at the Mission!
After a prayer and disclaimer, YHC got the PAX to work.

Line-up across field, partner-up (objective: find someone you don’t know, get their name and favorite movie. We didn’t get to review these, but hopefully it gave a chance to get to know someone a little better. Balboa’s fav movie is High Plains Drifter)
Dora: 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Standing Lunge (2 legs counts 1). While partner 1 is completing exercise, partner 2 bear crawls about 30 yards to flag and crab walks back (modifications encouraged).
Slosey to hill next to Finlay (Gadsden St).
Bring it in tight while Heisenberg shares what he sees the impact that F3 is making at The Mission (the man always brings the Word!)
YHC has always wanted to do some work on this hill, but we were running out of time so exercise plan got scaled-down.
We split on each side of the road and completed declining ladder (10 down to 1) of sets of Burpees, Merkins, and Squats. In between sets, we ran up the hill about 50 yards.
