The Intense Abdominal

The theme of today’s workout was high intensity cardio followed by lots of abs. Welcome to FNG who is now known as Boudreaux.

Warmup: 15 squats IC, 10 mercans IC, 20 flutter kicks IC, 10 big boys OYO.

The THANG:

Using Hot Tub Hill, we sprinted about 40 yards uphill. At the top, we did 10 big boys with straight legs, 10 with the left leg bent, 10 with the right leg bent, and 10 with both bent.

Rinse and repeat the sprint uphill, but followed by 50 heel tap LBCs.

Rinse and repeat the sprint one more time followed by 25 flutter kicks double count and 25 hello dollies.

Next, we moved to the tennis court. We had a three stopping-point suicide where we back-peddled out and sprinted back. This was followed by 30 big boy v-up combos. The next suicide was a bear-crawl out and back-peddle back. This was followed by 50 Russian Twists, double count.

We then moved to the back of a baseball field. We sprinted to the first light pole, then 20 rowers, lunge walked to the next light pole, then 20 rowers, sprinted to the third light pole, then 20 rowers, and lunge walked to the final light pole and 20 rowers.

On the way back, we did one-leg thrusts to the first light pole, then 15 iron crosses, lunge walked to the next, 15 iron crosses, one leg thrusts to the next, then 15 iron crosses, and lunge walked back to the starting point, then 15 iron crosses.

Finished with 20 monkey humpers.
