A CSAUP of a new variety is coming to Greenwood, SC in July! Mark your calendars for July 22 as The Ascension enters the CSAUP fray.
This is a CUSTOM event put on by former military special operators and others who have completed the SEALFit Kokoro Camp. Kokoro is a 50-hour event held at SEALFit HQ in Encinitas, CA.
Ascension is an event run exactly like the SEALFit 20X event and this one will be a CUSTOM F3 event. Please take some time and watch the documentary to familiarize yourself with the event. The physical requirement is on par with a GoRuck Tough event. The video above is a short trailer.

The event will last 12-14 hours. No extra equipment will be required for the event There will be some rucking involved, but lovely uncomfortable rucks will be provided. There will also be some log PT and a host of other challenges presented during the event.
The cost of the event is $175. It may be paid in two installments. The first half is due by May 26, 2017. If you do not make a payment – either half or whole – then your spot cannot be guaranteed. The second half of the payment must be made no later than June 30. Payments can be made via paypal to [email protected]. Please designate “family & friends” and note “Ascension” and your F3 name when sending payment.
We must have 40 PAID HCs to make the event happen. If we do not get to 40 by the first deadline, then we will be opening up registration for anyone in the surrounding area. Please comment your level of interest and once you have paid the initial payment!
