In Parking Lot SSH x 30 IC, Squats IC, Merkins 25 OYO, LBAC FWD, LBAC BWD, Raise the Roof
Mosey out of parking lot down Clemson toward Trenholm. Stop at Chicora for explanation of Hilly Beast
6 exercises done at 6 stops with 6 reps at each stop. Stops were bottom of hill, top of hill, bottom of other side, top of hill, bottom of hill, top of hill
Exercises were done in rounds as follows (plank & air chair waiting on 6 between rounds):
- Mountain Climbers (4 count); 2. Mercans; 3. Big Boys; 4. Carolina Dry Docks; 5. Squats; 6. Burpees*
*Burpees were done at 6 stations on way back to AO. Mosey between stations with some lunge walks and a final all out to the finish.
Great work by the Pax this morning. Everyone pushed hard and it was miserably humid.
