The Thang Dealer’s Choice Circuit Run
We ran between 2-3 miles this morning and stopped regularly for Dealer’s Choice. Some of the called exercices included: Merkins, Cobra Squats, Imperial Walkers, LBACs, RLBACs, Never Again Dollies, Bobby Hurleys, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, LBCs, BBSUs, Monkey Humpers, TTT, Iron Crosses, Freddy Mercurys, Lt. Dan’s and a few others I can’t remember.

Moleskin Chumba-Burpee is not a popular warmup, and apparently it’s not a popular way to end the workout. Lots of mumblechatter aimed at the Q this am from the beginning. As always, it was an honor to lead this fine group of men and I look forward to the next opportunity.
