The Thang:
Circle up, start with the disclaimer and a mosey to the corner of Wheat and Sumter.
25 SSH
Demonstration of proper Merkin form, each pax complete 20 merkins.
Mosey to pull up bars on Blatt field, complete 10, 5, and 10 pull ups.
Mosey around the field, up the stairs, across Wheat St. to Blossom St. garage.
Partner up, as a pair complete:
100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs.
While 1 pax is completing exercise, other runs to the top of the Blatt garage stairs and across the bridge and back, then switch.
In similar partnerships complete the following:
1 pax run to the top of the stairs and complete 5 burpees
Other pax holding high plank until other pax returns and switch.
Rinse and repeat 4,3,2,1.
Mosey to starting point and complete merkin waterfall with rounds of 5 merkins.
COT and BOM: prayer for safety, to bring more men to F3 and encourage pax to be servant leaders.
