The title for this Backblast came from OBC. While we were hurrying back to the Brickpile parking lot OBC said to me ” Sometime the simplest workouts are the hardest. To miss things up SCORE when on a tour of Healthwood. I probably broke all the SCORE rules this morning. We left Dreher, we did cardio and we had to slow jog back to get back on time. But as all in F3 knows running is not one of my favorite things but sometime you got to shake it up to get better. Great work by the PAX this morning. I hope they got a great workout this morning.
We left Dreher parking lot crossed Millwood and over to Amhrust.

The Thang
At every street corner we will do the following exercises 5 BBS, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats (no Sway squats), 20 SSH then fast walk to next corner. I set the walking pace for the PAX.
We traveled down Amhurst to Devine then down Adger to the hill. We went down the hill to the corner then back up. We finished our last set at the corner at the top of the hill. Base on time we had slow jog back to the Dreher parking lot.
