Some mornings YHC seems to jump on it, and other mornings, like today, seem to be foggy. Not the weather mind you, but my head. With a few counting struggles and long pauses sprinkled in, the PAX hung in there for a venture to the field. It had not rained in a while, but it was still a bit damp down there. They must do some serious grass watering.
Conditions: 50 degrees and pretty dang nice
Take a lap around the lot. Back at the start we warmed up with:
– 25 SSH IC
– 20 LBAC forward and 20 backwards
– 20 squats IC
Run to to the field, spend a few minutes looking for bricks, find said bricks and circle up for circuits.
With bricks – 20 curls, 20 front raises, 20 side raises. Repeat 3 times. Run to base of hill and back in between.
With bricks – 25 BB situps, 25 pulse ups, 25 LBC. Repeat 3 times. Run to base of hill and back in between.
With bricks – 30 squats, 30 lunges and 30 calf raises. Repeat 3 times. Run to base of hill and back in between.
Enjoy watching Sheets and Venti race each other.
With bricks, 15 overhead presses followed by holding bricks overhead for what seemed like a long time.
Return the bricks and head back to COT.
With a few fat minutes left, 20 merkins, then 19 merkins, then 18 merkins…down to 15 merkins.
Announcements: the Long Run is scheduled for this weekend. Also, Camden’s first Q school is scheduled for Saturday. The PAX may make YHC attend.
