YHC instructed the PAX that its Tabata Thursday!  The Tabata workout is designed to be high-intensity interval training that has more impact on both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.  The high-intensity workout lasts for 8 rounds for 20 seconds (with 10 seconds of rest in between each set).  The PAX completed 7 exercises of the below:

High Knees

DEEP Lunge (Borrowed from Corn Dog at Legion)

Inverted Row (4 rounds)  Upright Row (4 Rounds)

Iron Cross

Low Plank

Curl Press

Hand Release Merkin
