Six pax post for a “speed ladder” workout totaling about 4 miles.
Warm up: Run from Trenholm Plaza to the intersection of Shady Ln and Quail Ln (1.2 miles)
The beatdown: Sprint three loops of increasing size (.25 miles, .5 miles, .75 miles) with a brief recovery run (.1 miles) in between. Finish at Shady and Quail.
The finish: Mosey down Quail then sprint up Forest Ridge to Trenholm. Recovery run back to Trenholm Plaza (1.2 miles).
Michelle posts his own run due to early morning plumbing issues but makes it for coffee at Starbucks afterwards. A good time had by all.
