6 Pax came out for YHC’s Q on a brisk, clear morning.
Temp was around 37 degrees and YHC decided we needed to break in the new athletic field that the tax payers were so kind to build for us (and the kids at the middle school)
Last week YHC had the privilege to join the men of F3 Granstrand. In particular their AO Warthog. Every time I visit they bring the pain and last week was no different. I decided to bring the simple, yet effective workout to my home AO.
It goes a little something like this:
4 cones are laid out in the shape of a rectangle (Q picks the distance in between cones. They used a track but I dont have one so worked with what I could)
Start with 20 reps at each cone. Exercise are as follows:
Bear crawl from cone 1 to cone 2. If you cant bear crawl the entire way then karaoke. At cone 2 knock out 20 merkins.
Mosey to cone 3 and knock out 20 Big Boy Situps.
High Knees to cone 4 and knock out 20 burpees.
Mosey back to starting cone and knock out 20 jump squats.
Rinse and repeat while dropping 1 rep each round.
We made it to 16 reps. Pax were smoked so we moseyed back to shovel flag for some Mary.
YHC always like to make Mary dealers choice. The reason is not to pass the duties of the Q but to give those PAX that are thinking about leading a workout or will one day choose to step up the chance to learn to count and lead the Pax.
