Simple, but Effective.

It’s Spring Break week which brings low numbers and an excuse for some PAX to fartsack. YHC challenged the SwampFox PAX to post and 6 HIM entered the Gloom to get it done.

Conditions: 59 degrees. Perfect

  • YHC announced we’d be leaving campus and going our for a nice mosey. Before leaving the parking lot, each PAX completed 10 hand release knerkins, 15 catcher squats and 20 heel tap crunches.

We then set out to wander the streets, up and down hills, in search of something only known to each of us. The pace was fast. YHC wanted to cover as many miles as possible while stopping for 12 pain stations. We did the same 3 exercises and the same amount reps at each one for a total of 120 Hand Release Knerkins, 180 Catcher Squats and 240 Heel Tap Crunches. Back at Creighton we took a lap around the parking lot, stopping once for 10 reps of burpees. We then headed back to the virtual flag (Venti left town and didn’t appoint a Shovel Flag Q for the week) for 5 minutes of Mary led by Sheets (25 BBS), Polo (25 flutters IC), Prom (15 Iron Cross) and Kilt (high plank until 0615). We covered over 2 miles and everyone gave great effort and utilized quality form. Work was done!
