Coyote Sighting in the Gloom

With The Gauntlet and Spring Break in full swing, and with Wapner out in Arizona after leading 3 workouts in a row, Turning Point was in need of a Q. YHC decided to grab the reins. Upon pulling into the parking lot, YHC was greeted by a coyote, which darted in front of the car and turned towards Midway Rd. YHC turned and chased him out of the parking lot, down Midway, and into the woods. Apologies if he ended up in your yard, Fry Daddy.

1. Sprint to the first light pole –> 10 Merkins
2. Sprint to the flag pole –> 10 Merkins
3. Sprint to the 2nd tree –> 10 Squats
4. Sprint to the flag pole –> 10 Squats
5. Sprint to the end of the parking lot –> 10 LBC
6. Sprint to the flag pole –> 10 LBC
7. Recover –> Repeat

Mosey to the covered picnic tables behind the school

1. 20 Carolina Dry Docks –> 20 Dips –> 10 Incline Merkins –> 10 Decline Merkins
2. YHC realized this was stupid and unnecessary
3. 20 CDD –> 15 Dips –> 10 Incline Merkins –> 5 Decline Merkins

Mosey to the corner of the track

1. Pax started in one corner and ran half of the track to the corner diagonal to the first corner (got that?) and did the exercises below OYO and planked for the 6 after each exercise:
   1. 5 Burpees
   2. 20 Flutter Kicks
   3. 20 Mountain Climbers
   4. 20 American Hammers
   5. 10 Big Boy Sit Ups
   6. 30 Heal Touches
