8 Scorians put in work this morning using a modified version of the 5BX Workout. Design in the 1950s to keep Canadian Airmen, stationed at remote bases, physically fit…indoors, in small spaces, with no equipment…5BX was also the daily workout of the recently deceased Prince Philip Mountbatten. Considering he lived to be 99 years, and his clothes still fit like they did in his 20s and 30s, SCORE knew they needed to give this workout a try.
