Score warms up with a fast paced workout in the cold

We knew it would be chilly this morning, but YHC promised to try to keep the guys moving, to stay warm.  Eight strong came out and worked hard.  Always good to have Cheesy and Windmill join the Score brigade.

Mosey to a sidewalk near the front of the school and circle up and try to stay warm.

Mosey to parking lot on far side of Dreher and begin suicide drill to each light pole (4 total):

At start – 20 decline merkins, 20 Freedom Twists

Run to first light pole – 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBCs

Run back to start – 20 decline merkins, 20 Freedom Twists

Run to second light pole – 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBCs

Run back to start – 20 decline merkins, 20 Freedom Twists

Run to third light pole – 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBCs

Run back to start – 20 decline merkins, 20 Freedom Twists

Run to fourth light pole – 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBCs

50 Side Straddle Hops while everyone finishes and then plank until all are done

Start at the curb in the back parking lot, and with your bricks, complete the following suicide drill:

At curb – 10 decline merkins, 10 Freedom Twists

Run to first parking lot line – 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Reverse LBCs or gas pumpers (holding your bricks out to the side)

Run back to start – 10 decline merkins, 10 Freedom Twists

Run to second parking lot line – 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Reverse LBCs or gas pumpers

Run back to start – 10 decline merkins, 10 Freedom Twists

Run to third parking lot line – 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Reverse LBCs or gas pumpers

Run back to start – 10 decline merkins, 10 Freedom Twists

Run to fourth parking lot line – 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Reverse LBCs or gas pumpers

Run back to start, 25 Side Straddle Hops while everyone finishes and then plank until all are done.

Put up bricks and mosey to great wall on the side of Dreher

Run across field, and do 5 burpees, then run back to wall and do 5 squats

Run back across field and do 4 burpees, then run back to wall and do 4 squats

Continue until down to 1 burpee and 1 squat
