Brickpile/score convergence for a broken ladder
Conditions 30 degrees with arctic blizzard conditions
7 pax: Logo, Big Worm, Seeker, Grillz, Ringer, Nails, and the always fashionably late Mission
Because 1 Score and 6 Brickpilers converged, workout was revised on the run…..
1.1 mile Heathwood circle loop with pain station ladder:
Run to Adger and Cassina – SSH x10
Rune to Cassina and Albion – LBAC (forward and reverse) x9
Run to Cassina and Heathwood circle – Imperial walkers x 8
Rune to Heathwood circle and Cassina – Squats x 7
Run to Heathwood Circle and Deveraux – Lunges x 6
Run to Cedarwood and Heatherwood – Plank Jacks x5
Runt to Heatherwood and Albion – LBC x 4
Run to Heatherwood and Adger – Flutters x 3
Ruin to Adger and Deveraux – Burpee x 2
Rinse and repeat x 4 total circuits, decreasing reps by 1 around the circuit and then adding from last station.
YHC did learn to count cadence with some practice but didn’t follow the ladder well and the reps continued to be flexible but all pax enjoyed increasing burpees with each circuit.
Total 4.4 miles plus some unknown number of reps for each pain station.
