15 PAX sprung out of the sack this morning in search of YHC and Skirt at the helm. Workout details were being finalized in the last minutes approaching 0530. With two Stumble PAX leading the workout, the PAX had a feeling some running may be involved. What followed did not disappoint. Simple but effective was the goal.

Rinse and repeat dropping the count by 2 until 0 is reached for a total of 10 hill repeats
Dodge garbage truck and head back to AO
YHC is surprised by an additional 90 seconds left before 0615 and calls for…you guessed it, the SSH
