Rewind day to commemorate the 30th of the month

Since Nails had the Q and is out of town, YHC volunteered to take his spot.  Five guys showed up to get some work done … mission accomplished.

Condition: 73 degrees

The Thang:

Jog to the front of Dreher and circle up:

Side Straddle Hop x15 IC

Decline Merkins x15 OYO

Step ups x15 each leg OYO

Mosey over to the Hollywood Squares:

Dips x15 IC

Rosalitas x15 IC

Jog to the side of Shandon Methodist Church and circle up:

Plank jacks x15 IC

Freedom Twist x15 IC

Little Baby Arm Circles x15 IC front, followed by 15 IC back

About this time, OBC asked about the significance of everything being 15 reps. YHC advised it would become clear as the morning went on.

Leave Shandon and jog to Cassina and circle up.

Prisoner squats x15 IC

Overhead Claps x15 IC

Raise the Roof x15 IC

4×4 x5 OYO (a 4×4 is a burpee into a plank, and then 4 mountain climbers before completing the rest of the burpee)

Pax then told about a circuit to complete: Run down Cassina to Albion and do the following: 10 LBC’s, 10 regular merkins, 10 boxcutters.  Run to Heathwood Circle and repeat the exercises, except do wide arm merkins instead of regular.  Turn right on Heathwood Circle and at the next intersection, repeat the exercises, except do diamond merkins instead of regular.  Plank until all are finished.  (30 total reps of each exercise, to commemorate the 30th of the month). Rewind back to the corner of Cassina and Albion, stopping at each corner to do the same exercises, once again, 30 total reps of each exercise.

Next circuit was to run from Cassina to Devereaux on Albion, stopping at each street light to do the following: 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Flutter kicks, 10 Squats. (3 stops for a total of 30 total reps of each exercise). Rewind back to the corner of Cassina and Albion, once again totaling 30 reps.

Jog back to Adger and circle up:

Prisoner squats x15 IC

Overhead Claps x15 IC

Raise the Roof x15 IC

This completed the 30 reps of these exercises, and OBC remarked it would have been better if it was the 12th of the month. Agreed.

Jog back to the side of Shandon Methodist Church and circle up:

Little Baby Arm Circles x15 IC front, followed by 15 IC back

This completed the 30 reps of these exercises.

Since we were running out of time, we jogged back to the front of Dreher, and YHC called the following:
