Seven pax paid a visit to the mothership for the 7:00am workout. YHC thought it was a good time for the return of the Mean Acre – stations on four corners of the field at Dreher with a burpee station in the middle.
Conditions: muggy, 70ish, mosquitos on the magnitude of what was seen during the digging of the Panama Canal.

Warm Up Jog
Circle up:

Squat x 30
Merkins x 15
LAC’s forward and backward x 20
Overhead clap x 20
High knees x 20
Carolina Crab x 15
Russian Twist x 20
The Mean Acre:
Cones were set up in the four corners of the field at Dreher, plus one in the middle. The Pax jogged from station to station in the following sequence:
Merkins x 20
Burpees in the middle x 10
Squats x 20
Carolina Dry Docks x 20
Back to the middle for 10 burpees
Big Boy Sit Ups x 20
Rinse and repeat 4 times
Jog to the Brickpile
