13 PAX came out for YHC’s #Ramble VQ and helped locate F3Cola’s newest AO, #Blitz. YHC figured out a fast 4 mile route to and fro. Excited about one of #Ramble’s very own #FastBoyz taking over the new AO, Corn-Stache; I have no doubt he will do BIG things.

Again, super excited about #Blitz. A little bit of a different workout (30 mins), fast-pace and will hopefully reach a different demographic of men. Besides that, I love/hate running with these guys at #Ramble. If you ever need a reality check, these gents will bring your butt back down to Earth just about as quick as their 10k times (which is stupid quick). Thanks for letting me lead you today fellas.
