10 #Battletested #Faithful posted to the Saturday #gloom to find an early arriving YHC and Collar ready for the June 2nd installment.  It was a homecoming of sorts for YHC and just another Saturday for Collar and the rest of the crew.  A field trip was in order on this festive occasion and what better way to burn a few calories than a trip to the Mall???

Depart Flora after doing 10 burpees in the parking lot. Turn left onto Falcon Drive and pause for 10 burpees at:

  • Sato
  • Golden Chick
  • TGI Friday’s
  • Base of first garage stairwell
  • 50 Burpess before the workout begins

Collar Circuit 1:

  • Broad Jump up each flight to the top (everyone waits doing squats while the guy in-front of you traverses one flight)
  • Rinse & Repeat for all 3 stairwells

Collar Circuit 2:

  • High Knees up each flight to the top (everyone waits doing Mountain Climbers until the guy in-front of you traverses one flight)
  • Rinse & Repeat for all 3 stairwells

Collar Circuit 3:

  • Backward Bear Crawl up to the top (#crowdpleaser) (everyone waits doing CDD until the guy in-front of you traverses one flight)
  • Thankfully, time only permitted 1 stairwell for this one
