As 0515 quickly approached, YHC thought he may be the only #Stumble PAX swallowing the DRP this cool morning….that is until Ziffel came in on his usual two wheels. With Ziffel’s wife and kids still out of town for the Holidays, he had a perfect recipe to stay in the sack. Accountability rose him up and out and kept YHC company for a 30 minute sprint this morning.

The Thang: Rockwood Roll–> From AO, R Olde Knight, L Galway, R Wormwood, R Byron, L Shelley, cross over Veterans to Coachmaker, R Rockwood around Rockwood Loop and back to Galway, R Galway, L Olde Knight back to AO for 3.8 miles total.
Moleskin:
Solid 7 min 39 sec pace with declining splits coming back uphill. Was a perfect way to knock off some Turkey Day calories. Ziffel always makes for good fellowship and this morning did not disappoint. Hopefully YHC was able to reciprocate while gasping for oxygen. Looking forward to the group coming back in full force next week.
