5 Pax posted for some cool weather and ways to get faster. YHC had a few ideas to work with but decided to mix two together and make a new one. Here’s the THANG!
conditions: 35 and clear
Hill Work:
Take a right out of the SPC parking lot on Woodrow ST.
R on Blossom.
R on Queen and sprint to the top. Jog back down as a group.
R on Blossom.
R on Meadow and sprint to the top. Job back down as a group.
R on Blossom.
R on Heidt and sprint to the top. Job back down as a group.
R on Blossom.
L on Terrace Way and sprint to Wheat. Wait on the 6.
Sprints:
All jog to the corner of Woodrow and Wheat.
Instructions were given to sprint the Woodrow side of #Thunder. Jog out the rest of the loop around #Thunder.
Sprint the Woodrow and Duncan streets. Jog out the rest of the loop around #Thunder.
Sprint the Woodrow, Duncan, and King streets. Jog out the rest of the loop around #Thunder.
Sprint the entire 1/2 mile loop around #Thunder. Jog it out back to SPC.
Total Mileage was just shy of 4.
