Conditions- 31* and extremely foggy. Difficult to see the Shovel Flag from 100 yds. (will come into play later…)
9 Faithful Pax post: Tater Tread, Pale Rider, Smalls, Pontiff, Bondo, Waldo, Evinrude, Beaker, Crab Legs (Q)
Mosey over to new COP location for warm up. All exercises I.C.
- SSH – 25
- Imperial Walkers – 25
- Merkins – 25
- Windmills – 20
- Squats – 20
Mosey to rear of the Activity Center for Circuit Pain. Goes like this…
- Frog hop up set of 6 steps
- Squat jump 25 ft.
- Frog hop up next set of 6 steps
- Lunge 40 ft.
- Bench step up 10 times (5 with each leg)
- Bear crawl up handicap ramp (40 ft.)
- At the top, bear crawl flat 15 ft., down set of 6 steps, flat 25 ft., up set of 6 steps
- Find a bench and do 10 Inclined Merkins
- Back to the bottom for another round
- Complete 3 circuits and plank until all Pax are done
Now for an Apocolypto with stops for torture
- First run 150 yds. down the trail
- Tunnel of Love 100 yds.
- Run down the trail, over a wood bridge, up a hill, down a hill, jump back across the creek, up another hill to 2nd stop
- Lunge 100 yd. up hill, more running through the woods and back to Ranger’s end of the Shovel Flag field
- Shovel Flag is 250 yds. away and not visible through the thick fog. Bridge of Love (same as the Tunnel, but Bridge position instead of High Plank) until the Shovel Flag is visible. There were many false sightings!
- Finish with a run to the Shovel Flag and 3 Burpees for good measure.
Count O Rama and Name O Rama, finish with a wet and dirty B.O.M.
