Since it was the April Fools Day, everything revolved around 4/1. The path remained on a straight line, ie “1”, the suicides included “4” cycles and the exercises totaled “41” reps each. Additionally, each cycle was “1” mile so “4” laps totaled “4” miles.
- Start at Blossom, run/walk/ruck all the way to top of Bull Street (the gate)
- On the brick pad at the gate, 11 merkins & 11 crunches
- Run/walk/ruck to the lower garage entrance and return to the brick pad
- 10 merkins & 10 crunches
- Run/walk/ruck to the upper garage entrance and return to the brick pad
- 10 merkins & 10 crunches
- Run/walk/ruck to the stop sign at Patterson Hall and return to the brick pad
- 10 merkins & 10 crunches
- Run/walk/run to Blossom St, turn around, rinse & repeat – AMRAP
- Time called by Q at 45 minutes
