The thang:

 

Mosey to the pull-ups bars, and do an assortment of warm up exercises. Many LBACs, with 25 pull-ups and 40 merkins.

Then Mosey to the practice field, crossing to the Blatt field foot bridge. Rinse and repeat the following: 25 LBCs at the back of the end zone, mosey to the 10, 20 merkins, mosey to the 30 and 20 sit-ups, then the 50 and 40 Russian Twists. After a few rounds YHC stretched the field to the opposite end zone. YHC did 6 rounds, but most pax did more.

Then, 30 decline merkins in cadence, followed by 50 LBCs in cadence; 20 decline merkins, 30 LBCs, followed by 10 Declines. Then mosey back to the Blatt field steps, 20 LBCs, 20 merkins, and AMRAP big boy set ups until time.
