After a few burpee-heavy workouts, the Hammer PAX gathered in the humid gloom and were treated to a burpee-free morning. However, there was some BRR training, whether they were running the race or not.

The Thang:
Short run down the parking lot for 20 SSH IC. From there, run to The Other Store
10 low and slow Merkins IC
10 low and slow squats IC
20 Flutter Kicks IC
Rinse and repeat
Run to base of Atascadaro Hill for 2 Hill Suicides, planking in between
Indian Run back to AO, pit stop at Other Store for 10 L&S merkins
Back at AO, 2 minutes of AMRAP squats till all PAX returned
4 Corners workout x 2
1st: 10 squats, jump lunges, monkey humpers
2nd: 10 merkins, carolina dry docks, diamond merkins
Ab work to finish, 20 LBCs, 20 Russian twists, 25 BBS (Turtle did 40)
